State of Statecraft is a security and intelligence conference that brings together multiple disciplines, backgrounds, and nationalities to share research into the covert activities of nation-states. The conference is an initiative born out of public reporting of increased hybrid operations occurring globally since 2022.

SOS is forum for observers of espionage, sabotage, and experts studying foreign intelligence services and covert statecraft to share developments with a like-minded community.

The conference will take place on October 22, 2026 in Brussels, Belgium.
